Feel free to join us in our conference room where we will be happy to answer your questions and show you how our many features work.
You will be prompted to save/download a small file to be able to access our room. It's virus free and safe to download. Go to my Get Hot Conference Room found in the drop down window, enter your name in the top space and click ok to enter. No password is required. See example below.
Be sure your pop-up blockers are off or hold down the Control Key on your computer to disable your blocker when clicking on the link. This program works best Internet Explorer.
We recommend you open the software as opposed to saving the download. This will put a small icon on your desktop and you can re-enter the room anytime by clicking on the icon.
If you are visually impaired, once you have entered the room, please hold down the F12 Key (F Twelve Key) to talk. At this time we are working to make our system compatible with Jaws. To use the room, you will need to disable Jaws or it will continually sputter when you hold down the F12 Key to talk. There are sounds when guest enter and leave the room.
