WEB CONFERENCING PRO

Vectra Bank Colorado : Increasing Training Efficiency

The Challenge | A statewide organization offering a full complement of convenient and innovative financial services products and services to Colorado’s range of commercial and corporate enterprises as well as retail consumers, Vectra Bank Colorado differentiates itself from other banking organizations with a unique focus. Organized around the needs of Colorado, the bank matches its products, services and expertise to the differing requirements of the state’s regional economies, including the urban Front Range, Colorado’s agricultural communities and its mountain resorts.

With a focus on building relationships, Vectra works to deliver the personal service and true community commitment customers want alongside the resources they need with a focus on building relationships. Vectra is part of Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION), also a Web Conferencing user.

Vectra Bank’s training and development team needed an effective way to train remote retail bank employees. The group is responsible for markets across the state, some small with low turnover. The group could not justify trips to their distributed markets to train one newly hired individual at a time and typically, by the time there were enough new hires to justify the travel, training was no longer relevant. New hires had already made it through months of work with the pains of inadequate training.

The Web Pro Solution| Vectra began looking at web conferencing vendors for a remote solution to deliver training to their users’ desktops. After reviewing several providers Vectra chose the Web Conferencing Pro Solution for its live 24/7 customer support, simple billing model and cost effectiveness.

With Web Conferencing Pro they were able to conduct remote training presentations and bring new hires up to speed quickly. Not only could the training team host live presentations, but they could also create an entire library of training materials with one click recording.

RESERVATIONLESS CONFERENCING

Rock Bottom : Maintaining Open Lines of Communication

The Challenge | With restaurant locations throughout the United States, Rock Bottom is faced with maintaining open lines of communication between regional managers, general managers and the home office team. They need a solution for rolling out new promotions, giving regular sales updates and keeping their team updated at a moments notice. The fast pace of the restaurant industry means that Rock Bottom’s meetings are often on the fly with reliability being a crucial factor.

The Reservationless Solution| Rock Bottom had been using conferencing as an integral part of their internal communications strategy but was frustrated with their current provider.

Taking advantage of good timing, our team established a working relationship with Rock Bottom and presented several compelling reason to change. The Reservationless Solution provides:

• A better billing system that allows Rock Bottom to easily track and manage conferencing usage

• A seamless transition from their previous conferencing provider

• Full featured conferencing, including simple record and playback options, at a competitive price

• The assurance of 99.99% published uptime

• Exceptional 24/7 customer support

• Have access to service anywhere with the convenience of all information readily available on an easy to use card

Based on these factors, Rock Bottom moved all of their conferencing traffic to this service and has been extremely pleased with the service ever since.

The Benefits | Our team first helped Rock Bottom facilitate communication among their distributed management group and now provides remote meeting solutions for their marketing, training, human resources, sales teams and financial partners.

Reservationless Conferencing, “…has been very beneficial in maintaining communications between remote managers and the corporate office. The ability to conduct a last minute conference call without a reservation has been crucial for us. It is also nice to know that customer support is only a phone call away and they are always available with not only an answer but a smile. We use the audio conferencing service in all aspects of our company and look to include web conferencing in the future.”

WEB CONFERENCING PRO SEMINAR

Cargill Consulting Group: Poised for Exponential Growth

The Challenge | Cargill Consulting Group was spending an exorbitant amount of money traveling to present sales training seminars to customers. As a result, the company was not able to spend enough time or money on its own sales processes, which included growing its customer base and pool of quality consultants. The end result - an empty pipeline. In summary, Cargill Consulting Group needed a better way to balance the resources it took to conduct customer training with the time and money it took to find new business and grow its customer list.

The Web Conferencing Solution | Our team worked closely with Cargill Consulting Group to institute the perfect replacement for face-to-face selling and consulting. Today, from a Cargill-branded web site, the group uses application sharing to put up spreadsheets, share reports and brainstorm "what if" ideas with clients located anywhere in the world.

And since there are no cumbersome downloads with the Pro Seminar service, users only need a 56K connection and a phone. In addition, Cargill provides clients with recorded seminars that can be played back anytime using the Pro Seminar’s unique one-click record and playback feature.

The Benefits | Using the Pro Seminar, Gil Cargill and his team were able to eliminate 98% of travel expenses while covering more territory than ever before. Furthermore, the company found that what they thought was a "disadvantage" to conducting seminars online instead of in person was quickly negated by the ability to reach more people at higher levels within an organization.

Sales consultants, such as those at Cargill Consulting Group, continue to embrace more effective processes like web-based consulting, which is further supported by the growing amount of savvy web users. With the ease of use and interactivity of Web Pro, consultants can save precious resources, increase their ability to grow and conduct business better than ever before.

"Ultimately…(Web Pro)…helped propel Cargill Consulting Group to where we are today. We no longer have any budget restrictions for recruiting and prospecting - and no budget restrictions means we have the ability to grow faster," says Gil Cargill, president and founder of Cargill Consulting Group. "I was concerned with the lack of visual feedback using a web conferencing service, but I’ve found that the ease, frequency and accuracy of Web Seminar offsets the lack of physical interaction.

In fact, I’m actually able to communicate with clients more often."
